Can I purchase Markers directly from ICD?

No, we are completely out of stock on all makes and models of our previous markers. 

Can I purchase parts and accessories directly from ICD?

Yes, you can. Call (208) 468-0446 to place an order for parts or accessories. You may also visit our online store at www.icdunderground.com.  Parts and accessories are subject to availability.

How do I become an ICD Dealer?

Please send us a copy of your business license and Tax I.D. and we will send you an application and price list. You can fax your information to (208) 468-6650, mail it to our address, or email it to icdsupport@mindspring.com.  NOTE:  we are accepting Paintball dealers for parts and accessories only.  We do not have any stock on markers. 

How do I apply for an ICD Sponsorship?

ICD is no longer sponsoring paintball teams.

How do I apply for an ICD Event Sponsorship?

ICD is no longer sponsoring paintball events.

How do I send in my marker for service?

ICD does not require an RA or RMA number. Please include a note inside the shipment with all relevant contact information (including name, address, and phone number), and a description of the problem you are experiencing. All markers are logged by the name that they are shipped to us under. Please note the name supplied on the contact sheet if you would like to check on the marker. Make sure you have previously filled out a warranty registration form located here.

If you are shipping from Canada, we do not recommend using UPS. UPS charges high customs brokerage fees for packages shipped in and out of Canada. We are not responsible for these fees and will not pay them if the marker is shipped via UPS.  Also, you may expect delays for customs.
